Choose the piece, add your reference, upload the template. We engrave and deliver in 5–10 working days.

Workshop
We look at every template before engraving and get in touch if it can’t be used. That way your customers receive a piece of jewellery you can rely on.

Holding a piece in your hand makes the decision easier. The samples become your property, at a one-off fixed price including shipping.

No. You order each piece individually, just as your customers need it.
Take it with our print kit and upload it when you order, or send it later with the order number and your reference. Handwriting and photos work the same way.
Personalised pieces usually in 5–10 working days after the engraving is approved, stock items in 1–3 working days.
Yes. Simply enter your customer’s address as the delivery address at checkout.
Directly online at checkout. You receive an invoice showing VAT. Retailers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID receive their delivery VAT-free (reverse charge).
Yes. To sell Mizodia products, you may use our images and texts in your shop, on your website and on social media.
Personalised pieces cannot be exchanged. Please report any defects to b2b@mazodia.com within 5 working days of receipt and we will find a solution. Full details are in the retailer terms and conditions.
