You don't need the print yet

First your jewelry. Then your print.

Ordering and providing the print are two separate steps. You can choose your design today and take the print afterwards.

    Choose a model

    Choose the shape, color and size. If you need it, add the free fingerprint kit on the product page.

  2. 02

    Take the print

    With the kit or with the pencil method at home. You'll find the detailed instructions on the product page.

  3. 03

    Upload photo

    Photograph the print on white paper. You can reach the upload via the QR code in the kit or the email link.

  4. 04

    Receive your engraving

    Your template is checked and your jewelry is engraved. The delivery time depends on when we receive your complete template.

A photo is enough. You keep the kit; you don't need to mail a physical print back.

Can I order if I don't have a print yet?

Yes. You can order your jewelry now and submit the fingerprint later. You'll find the instructions and the upload option on the product page.

Do I need a print kit?

You can optionally select the free fingerprint kit with the product. Alternatively, the product page explains the pencil method. A photo of your print is enough; the kit is not sent back.

What personalization is possible?

Color, size, necklace and engraving options vary by model. Additional back engraving, birthstone or Mini-Coin are optional extras. The options and prices in the respective configurator are binding.

When does the delivery time start?

Personalized production starts once your complete template has been received. For personalized jewelry, the product page states 4–7 business days. A separately ordered print kit arrives beforehand; the two timeframes should be considered separately. You'll find current delivery details with your model and in the shipping information.

Can I return personalized jewelry?

Individually personalized jewelry is excluded from the regular right of withdrawal. Please read the cancellation policy before you order.
